-- In the early '80s, the FIA introduced a new set of regulations that would enter rallying legend: Group B! To attract as many manufacturers as possible, the legislation was very flexible. As a result, manufacturers were now required to produce only 200 of the model used in Group B, as opposed to 500 or 1000 before. Citroën thus commissioned Heuliez to start production of the 200 production units of its Gr.B Visa! The Citroën Visa Trophée Gr.B was born, with a 1284cm3 XZ engine entirely reconfigured for the occasion. This version is distinguished by the use of carbon fiber on the opening parts, Plexiglas windows, an exclusive blue interior, and blue, white and red piping reminiscent of the French brand's involvement in the World Rally Championship.
